Resumen
Se describen las investigaciones arqueológicas efectuadas en la localidad de Laguna Thomas Gould entre 1980 y 1982. Se exponen los antecedentes generales, estratigráficos, cronológicos y espaciales del yacimiento. Se intenta una interpretación del sitio como campamento base de un área de paradero que cuenta, en su red de asentamiento, con un conjunto de sitios satélites.
The archaeological investigations made at the locality of Thomas Gould lagoon between 1980 and 1982 are described. The general, stratigraphic, chronologic and spatial antecedents of the site are given. An interpretation of the site as a base camp in an area of stoping places having an enterity of satelite sites is intented.
