dc.description.abstractSobre la base de la temperatura media anual de los últimos 92 años en Punta Arenas, se determinan las variaciones de este parámetro en distintas series de años. Se distinguen así cinco períodos, en los cuales las temperaturas han oscila do positiva o negativamente alrededor de la media de 6,5ºC, calculada para todo el período. Tres intervalos, 1888-1901, 1907-1931 y 1972-1979, muestran tendencias positivas, mientras que dos, 1902-1906 y 1932-1971 presentan un descenso térmico. El estudio permite conocer la tendencia global habida desde 1888 hasta el presente. Se discuten y comparan finalmente los resultados obtenidos con los antecedentes sobre cambios climáticos referidos a los hemisferios Norte y Sur.es_ES
dc.description.abstractTaking as a base the annual mean temperature of the last 92 years in Punta Arenas (Chile), the variations of this parameter in different series of years are determined. Five periods in wich this temperature has positively or negatively around the 6,5ºC overall mean are thus identified. Three intervals: 1888-1901; 1907-1931 and 1972-1979, show positive tendencies, while two: 1902-1906 and 1932-1971 present a thermic decrease. The study allows the determination of the global tendency from 1888 up to the present. The resuits obtained are discussed and compared with the data on climatic change refered to both the North and South Hemispheres.es_ES
