Resumen
Se presentan las variaciones del tiempo ocurridas durante el año en el área de la ciudad de Punta Arenas, destacando sus principales características, en función de su comportamiento en relación a los valores normales y de acuerdo a la época del año. Se entregan las variables procesadas estadísticamente en las tablas resúmenes, de manera de obtener una mejor comprensión de los fenómenos ocurridos. En algunos casos de mayor complejidad de interpretación, se representa gráficamente el comportamiento que ha tenido la variable durante el año.
The variations of weather condition during 1989 at the city of Punta Arenas area are presented, enphasizing their main characteristics in function of their behaviour in relation with the normal values and accordingly with the seasons. The statistical processed variables are given in tables, as to obtain a better undestanding of the ocurred phenomena of the variable along the year is graphically represented.
